This leading SaaS-based email marketing solutions provider was competing in a crowded market.  They wanted to maintain their leading position amidst consumer-based competitors moving upstream.  Not only did they need to drive more and better quality leads to maintain their position, but they also wanted to preserve their reputation as industry thought leaders.

We grew a nascent Webinar program into one that positioned our client’s executives as independent industry thought leaders.  We developed educational presentations with relevant and timely content targeted to the company’s core audience of marketing professionals and promoted it across key touch points including advertising, direct, advertising, and their website.

We also designed and managed a multi-stage, multi-pronged survey project entitled “The Lyris Annual Email Optimizer Report.”

Via our Webinar programs, we drove a 10% lift quarter over quarter for six consecutive quarters and several record-breaking months in overall program KPIs such as registrations, attendance, lead quality, and CPL. We also produced 150% growth of Webinar registrations (our client’s number one lead source) while simultaneously decreasing CPL by 75%.  Additionally, we generated increasing numbers of top tier leads by 112% on average.

Via our survey project, we positioned our client as a trusted thought leader in its market, drove leads at three separate stages throughout the life of the project, and provided invaluable market research information that was not only leveraged by Marketing, but also by C- and VP-level executives, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications & Community Practice, and Sales departments. This project’s results surpassed any other marketing program by 3x in a critical key lead quality metric.
